What’s Included?
One-on-one in person workout (Half or Full hour):
Includes weekly status updates via email with pictures / videos documenting mechanical flaws, and drills that will help with a player’s mechanical adjustments. Players will have access to me 7 days a week via text messages and are encouraged to send recordings of themselves hitting / pitching in between lessons, whether it be from games or practice on their own.
Remote hitting / pitching lessons:
Players will record themselves once a week either hitting or pitching and send me the recordings via email. Remote lessons will include a full mechanical breakdown each week including pictures / videos documenting mechanical flaws, and drills that will help a player’s mechanical adjustments.
Included in the package 20 minute zoom call once a month for any questions they might have. Players will also have access to me 7 days a week via text messages and are encouraged to send recordings of themselves hitting / pitching in between lessons, whether it be from games or practice on their own.
Players will be sent sample videos of the angles I will need for the remote pitching and hitting lessons.

What’s Included?
What makes me different is that I played at a competitive division 1 program not only for pitching but hitting and fielding. I am able to bring insight of what it is like to achieve the goal of going to college for softball. I will bring the techniques that will follow you throughout your whole career and the fitness of what it takes to be your best self. My focus for pitching is fundamentals, movement with location, and the mental and strategic aspect of a pitcher. For hitting my focus is identifying pitches and hitting fundamentals for power or gap hitters. Also, the strategy of situational hitting and the mental game.

There is also 24 hour notice policy: If a lesson is cancelled before the 24 hour notice a refund will be given in full. If a lesson is cancelled in the 24 hour period a $10 fee will be given!

What’s Included?
My goal is for me to teach your son/daughter the best I can providing equipment tee, net, balls, (possibly cages) *depending on training location* I will also give complementary video analysis videos to really dive deep into the technique of the player and find areas where they can improve and this will be at no extra charge and I will provide these videos at a 3-6 month increment to give time for the player to develop and practice technique and skills.
Location of Training
Currently the locations I train are at California State University of San Bernardino for (hitting and throwing only) and those days are Tuesdays and Thursday’s from 5:30 and Batting cages are available on those days. I also train on Sunday’s from 8 am – 12 pm at Andulka Park in Riverside, California for a variation of training from fielding, pitching, and hitting.
